Rear-ended in a stationary vehicle

One of my dearest family...drove into the front of my car. It was parked behind the offending vehicle.

Finals week; where everything goes apparently.

Luckily, it was ...louder than it was damaging? I SWEAR I heard crunching and I saw my vehicle being pushed back. IT FREAKIN' MOVED BACK.

I tried to yell once, then yelled pretty loud the second time, but not loud or fast enough for mom to ...you know, stop. *sigh* I wouldn't even LOOK at the front because I love my vehicle so much already and I just got it a month ago andandand...

ya know? And it was my mother that did it...I mean, what could I do? I nearly cried is what I did, but I went back inside and didn't talk for about 20 minutes. *sigh* Honest to goodness, I was all shook up afterwards. I just couldn't BELIEVE my mother had been the one to do it. Absolutely stunned. It still runs and everything, but still...not a way I'd have chosen to close the night.
