I need a proper 'sick' icon, boo.

I'm officially sick! Lol, that shouldn't make me happy, but it's been awhile since I've suffered from the common cold, or flu, or whatever. Last night, I had a fever, so I took Nyquil before going to bed, and when I woke up, I was freezing because I'd inadvertently kicked off the sheets. So I snuggled back in the sheets and slept for maybe a half hour longer. Still woke up at an awful hour. 8:30. Bah.

And now I have an hour with the kids so ma can go get her hair cut. Baby is asleep, so no problems there, and monster is watching something on the TV while running around the game room going crazy. (As long as she doesn't break anything, it's all good.)

Here's to me and my ailing health! I am SO skipping school tomorrow.

Hopefully you can sleep it off :) If not, I recommend Tylenol cold and flu during the day. Only thing that's ever KIND OF worked for me (the rest not even that)

:) I've been taking nyquil and dayquil for a couple of days but went to the doc today to check on everything else. Thanks for the tips.
