lol - okay guys, time to talk fanfiction. =D I'm looking for a specific piece, and I may have to go into this pairings fandom comms in order to find this fic, but I'll start right here with my beloved flist first.

I coulda sworn I had gotten this rec from off of minisinoo's rec list from medicine wheel, anyway - it's C/Hr (Cedric/Hermione) Post+DH - so, AU of course, and it's where Hermione is working at ...I think The Quibbler (could've been the Prophet) and the establishment had actually become reputable, which is why I said 'The Quibbler' first. ANYWAY, Cedric is hired on in management and the story opens up with Hermione running late for an intro meeting with Diggory, and she comes bursting in very obviously disheveled, and...is witheringly accused of smelling like a brothel(or the like) by Diggory.

Of course, this ends up being a plan devised by the Weasley Twins (they had perfumed her clothing the night before) and Hermione had been running late because she'd tried to rid the odor from her clothes, to no avail of course.

Basically, I remember a few of the whole of HP characters being mentioned, and something about Lavender saying the whole ordeal between Cedric and Hermione was nicely scandalous...or not. I can't quite remember either way. Cedric uses a cane, Hermione insists on quitting because they just cannot work together, as she puts it. Or something or other. I swear, if anyone else had read this, they'd probably be able to make sense of my gibberish.

It's by rozarka but she's currently 'deleting' her journal because her son saw, and she's afraid he might come poking about. So don't be surprised that you can't find it - its not linkable at the moment.

ohhhh - I noticed that - I had a link to a rozarka fic (maybe that's the story I'd saved) and then clicked it and it said 'deleted'. Huh. Thank you dear, for letting me know what's up ♥

yeah, i totally panicked when I saw she'd been deleted, and YMed her, wailing. She explained it as such, so here's to her eventual return!

Isn't that irritating?! lol, well, if you haven't looked at the comments, rainbow-jen responded-said it was by Rozarka, but she's in the process of deleting her LJ, or something like that. *shrug*

Jen -- If you IM Rozarka (I've not been on IM in forever), if she needs a place to host an archive of her stuff that's NOT her LJ, I have room on my site. I don't know if it's the LJ itself, or the "Rozarka" name, or what, but if she's looking for a place to archive, I've got storage space, although I don't have time to do HTML conversions of her stories. But if she could do that (or find someone to do that), then email me the files, I'll create a subdirectory just for her and she can use it. I'm not sure if I can give her access so she can upload and update herself (I don't know if I have the capacity to do a "subdomain"), but I love her stuff and would be more than happy to offer her space. I've done that for other folks without an archive home in X-Men.

Anyway, if she is interested, tell her to email me. If not, it's cool, but I thought I'd offer.
